I have a question, how long does it take fivem to process a ticket because I have had a ticket for two days and there has been no response?
Oh boy, 2 days aint enough time by any means. In my experience they take a month or two to respond to reasonably important things, like PLA/TOS violation reports, so you will most likely have to wait a good while.

why is this taking so long? I would like to play on my server again, isn’t there anything I can do to make it go faster?
Not particularly; if it’s an issue that requires a response from CFX staff, you will just need to hold out. They barely have any staff working on tickets as compared to the rate at which they are received, so it’s no surprise really
Months, assuming it doesn’t get closed automatically because it’s stale or whatever.
I’ve been waiting for almost a year to get a response to my pinned/featured key request, I doubt I’ll ever get an answer.
