How does FiveM count towards SourceSDK hours?

Hi there,

I’ve noticed that FiveM played hours counts towards SourceSDK.
How did they/can I achieve this?

I would like to track non-steam games this way.

FiveM uses its appid to show that you’re in FiveM. So that’s why.

How would I set an appid? What file is used for this?

You can look at FiveM’s source code but it just acts like you’re in that game. You cannot just use your own game title. Just launch a random game if you want to count hours for some reason.
