How do you edit words on peds? Such as changing police to sheriff on a pre-existing texture from, let’s say LSPDFR. Thanks in advance.
NOTED: I looked on the internet but couldn’t find exactly what I was looking for.
I dont know exactly how but I am pretty sure you just export the textures from the model and then reimport them after the edit just like vehicle textures?
Could be wrong but that sounds right.
When I pull it into photoshop, I can only write over the words. I can’t edit them. I know you can cause I’ve seen many people have it on their server. For example, Pennsylvania State RP has that popular sheriff gang unit outfit but put and removed some words.
You cant just edit the text you are gonna need to cover it up and write your own text on it. The only reason they can edit the text is because they left it in a photoshop file after they made their own text
So do you just have to put a black square over the previous text and just write your own words in text box?
Yes. Just use the same color the uniform is or just cut a square out of the uniform. Cover up the text with the cutout then just use a text box with your choice font to replace it.
