How do i make my server public? ( CLOSED )

Im on a Dedicated Server ( VM ) How do i make my server public for everyone?

-Ive done the server license key but it still doesnt show up and people needs ip to join

Make sure sv_master1 “” in the config file is commented out.

What do you mean by commenting it? what do i put in it?

Make sure it has a # in the front of it

disable announcing? clear out the master by uncommenting this

You can set up a Virtual Dedicated Server but you cant work this out?

You literally said what you had to do in your last post.

Its just that i cant understand why the server isnt showing up in server’s list
