~~Assuming you are reffering to your social club, uninstalling and reinstalling FiveM should do the trick I believe; unless someone has a better method?~~

Remove your %localappdata%\DigitalEntitlements folder it should prompt you again to login with SocialClub

Remove your %localappdata%\DigitalEntitlements folder it should prompt you again to login with SocialClub
