How do I install scripthook V on SERVER side?

Hello thx for helping!

We support a FiveM ESX server. The Root-Server has no GTA V on it. We wonnna know if its possible to install scripts like Tornado Script 1.2.1 which following tools need:

ScriptHookV
ScriptHook V .NET

In this Technical Support How do I install scripthook V on client side? I found a answer “You don’t need, FiveM has scripthook v integrated”…

When it is possible, where I must create the plugin and where the scripts folder and where I include all this files?

You can’t install Scripthook on a server.
You can only stream resources from the server to the client.
