How do I install custom sirens?

I’ve looked over most, if not all of the posts on here about installing custom sirens and most of them,don’t help at all, how do I do it?

I followed this tutorial and it worked just fine.

I just recently modded my sirens in a new install of FiveReborn.

Its the american sirens and i also have gun sounds as well.
