For cars etc that’s Somthing you’d have to ask server owners or someone who knows about it in you server. FiveM doesn’t add stores etc.

What do you mean…? Hit T.

If you mean scrolling, use page up and page down.

To get cars you could download a trainer but sometimes servers wont allow them.
