How to add emoji to server name

so i am trying to add emoji to my server name but i can’t seem to make t work. i go here https://apps.timwhitlock.info/emoji/tables/unicode choose one with utf-8 like this one \xF0\x9F\x98\x81 put it in server.cfg at the line sv_hostname but it dosn’t show up and everything after it doesn’t show up
