We just made the switch over, and I can tell you just the setup is alot smoother , QSHousing wasnāt the worst just had some slight issues that BCS managed to cover

Truly an amazing housing script. Highly compatible and customizable. It comes with amazing tebex integration. You can even place storage by area or have it attached to any furniture prop. Any hiccups are easily fixed through a discord ticket. Easily my favorite resource to work with! Thank you

Had this housing system for almost a year now and BCS continue to deliver quality updates and support. They even assist with housing integration with other scripts like MDTās and such and provide full help. Truly remarkable team. MasBagus the goat <3

Letās start by saying this is the best housing script for FiveM in my opinion. It is so easy to use, the documentation is very well written to understand. Everything is well organized and explained step by step. The support is top-notch, and they are responsive and ensure all issues get fixed before closing the ticket.

Housing is easy to add new shells and furniture.
Starter apartments are probably my favorite! You can pick any location to be an apartment and give each location a different interior, rental price, etc. That way not every player lives in the same area and has the same interior.

Tested it briefly solid and simple system. Does what itās supposed to without extra fluff. A few config parts could be clearer, but no major issues. Clean base to build on! It fits my needs!

10 out of 10!!! I could not ask for a better housing script and if you need help the creator goes out of his way to help and makes sure you get your script working! He also is a creator who updates his scripts soo your not just wasting money on scripts here and now as fivem and all frameworks are always updated!
