Some staff are just god-complexed indiviuales and some don’t even wanna help unless you are their friend. Not only did they ignore tickets (I was chief of ems) they also were quite unprofessional in some tickets not just my own. One lesson I learned since joining in November (I just connected my fivem account to make this post) is that, if you are a friend of admins, you will get almost anything you want even a clean record. But, if you aren’t a freind to them, good luck.
