Its a resource in your server thats causing it.
For example:
A log system for blacklisted weapons.
As soon as i spawned a blacklisted weapon it made these kind of hitchwarnings.
Because the logsystem was logging it every 5ms.

how to detect it? is very hard for me to find that error.
