Greetings Everyone,
We’re looking for a developer who has competent skills & experience with coding custom resources for RP-based servers. Ideally, someone who likes to add their own creative twists when creating scripts instead of the typical “NoPixel inspired” resources.
About this position:
We don’t believe in defining strict requirements for any of our roles; we are pretty open-minded about the type of people we want to meet & work alongside.

- You’re a self-starter who loves taking the initiative and seeing things through from conception to completion. You will “own” projects/tasks and are responsible for working with the team in planning, development, and appropriate testing.
- You’re an excellent communicator, fluent in verbal & written English, We believe communication is critical, and there is no such thing as over-communicating. You choose the right time to communicate, keeping in mind the team’s needs.
- You take pride in the quality and craftsmanship of your work rather than just doing it to get it done.
- You’re a team player comfortable working alongside and helping other developers, and you don’t take critical feedback personally. You’re welcome, and embrace critical feedback.
- You’re happy jumping between frontend & backend or tackling tasks which require both.
- You’re excited to be a vital member of a small team solving problems and taking responsibility in areas inside and outside development.
- You’re happy working with and communicating with a team distributed across multiple time zones that work varying hours.
Must have the prior experience in the following skills:
- Knowledge of multiple backend languages (Javascript, Lua) & frameworks (e.g. QBCore, ESX, Stand-alone)
- Competent with using & setting up databases (e.g. MySQL, MongoDB)
You Will Be Responsible For:
- Coding custom resources based on the server’s needs & future planned projects.
- Maintaining server resources (updates, bug fixes, etc.)
- Plan and execute implementation of new features
- Build reusable code and libraries for future use & compatibility
- Push change logs through the Github repository
- Actively communicate with other staff & community members to obtain constructive feedback about the server
Some additional skills and experiences that would be a bonus (not a requirement):
- Previous experience with using project boards such as (Jira Apps, Trello, Slack, etc.)
- Previous experience with using editing software such as
- (Photoshop, Illustrator, Premier Pro or any other editing software)
- Previous experience with using GitHub
- Design, UI, or UX skills
- Previous freelance or remote work experience
