Every time a player joins the server runs with a ping of 1500 or higher afterwards, can someone explain me why this happens or how, but after some time (after about 10 minutes) the ping goes back to a 19ping and stays below, can someone help me fix it ?
The server is hosted from home.

if you don’t have 1gb/s optical network connection with low ammm ping then you cant use home pc or home server use some good hosting. for my i have secod pc from dell who can use for my game server hosting with i7 12cores and 64gb with 4tb nvem and 1gb/s connection with 3 other static public ip with firewall router system and very low ping in my country max ping 3 to other country have little more max ping 30 in europe.
