yeah but as you can see I’ve sent a ticket 5 hours ago but still no answer, I have fivem servers to open and I need urgently help with these problem!

I started getting this today after my antivirus picked up FiveM as a bad file. I’m sure that has everything to do with it, so start there.
It’s your anti virus, I disabled mine for 10 minutes then I pressed fivem and my error message is gone
btw I also use Avast so that is definitely your problem
How do i close my antivirus?

I tried turning off Avast Shield but it still worked. I just uninstalled avast and it seems to be re-downloading fine for me.

I HAVE THE SOLUTION!
I have the free version of Avast and have had this issue the past few days. I too put url exclusions EVERYWHERE! However, I came across something that I thought would work and it did.
At the main menu on the left, Select “Components” and then click “Customize” for the ‘Web Shield’
You will find 2nd from the bottom, a section called “Script Exclusions” I put the following 2 URL’s and tried running FiveM and it immediately worked:
https://runtime.fivem.net/client/prod/bootstrap/citizenfx.exe*
http://mirrors.fivem.net*
Try this and see if it works
