Hello, the thing is that I cannot enter x server because it keeps downloading the scrips of the beginning eternally example 12 of 34 are downloaded and it would stay at 12 all the time

login to a server
What have you tried already to fix the issue?
reinstall, clear cache, clear all system data and then reinstall
