Just a wondering why you think you can just come on here and post a link, asking for it to be made… like do you not have the capacity to learn yourself?

I’m not trying to be a dick, but I’m gonna point you in the right direction.

  1. stop being a lazy fuckwit and download the pack yourself
  2. install OpenIV
  3. toggle edit mode in openIV
  4. drag the files into OpenIV
  5. export all the textures from the YTD file as PNGs
  6. open up Photoshop, paint.net, GIMP or anything
  7. change the hue on all the light textures
  8. put those textures back into the YTD by replacing them
  9. put the files into a stream folder
  10. do the usual metas
  11. then in carvairtions change the sirensetting to like 500
  12. locate the carcols.ymt that has sirensetting 1 in it
  13. copy it and put it in your resources’ carcols.meta
  14. change the siren setting from 1 to 500 in the carcols.meta
  15. change all the hexs to blue’
  16. launch up ur aaarrr peee server
  17. and learn to use google

hope this helped, and you now realise you cant just rely upon and expect people to do your shit for you.

Because I am feeling nice here are the textures converted. Look what I did and learn this literally took 2 minutes. Now on the carcols you will have to change the color code hexs to be blue. So grab the default meta,carvar,and carcols for the designed cars and put then into fivem as addons.Textures.zip (1.0 MB)

Take the default ones from GTA, they are probably siren setting 1. Change the ID to 500 or something and then change it in your carvariations. You should also rename the models to something not default and grab the default metas for them.
