Has anyone found a solution to this?
My server does the same thing at launch. While my numbers aren’t higher than 1000, I’m still getting 881 milliseconds and 226 milliseconds.
I’m sure any insight to this issue would be greatly appreciated by the community.

I don’t think that your hosting is correct with the specs I mean 4TB Sata on a server, Windows 2016 would think this should be windows 2016 server or somthing like that over all I think that the server hosting mybe lying is some kinda way becuase I don’t know about you guys but that seems a good deal for 50 EUR
