Help with hex and ace perms

I had not been on my FiveM server in 2 weeks. I got on the server yesterday and EVERYTHING that required a hex, every resource, just everything, stopped working. So I don’t have access to any hex commands, or anything that requires a hex, like vMenu.

Make sure that you have Steam open prior before launching FiveM

I always have steam open.
