Ok, I dropped ■■■■■■■ and went with Zap-Hosting. Can someone give me a rundown to how I need to add mods through them? Also, what mods would you recommend for a DOJ RP server? I want to make it as good as possible! 
I believe they allow you to use an FTP client to add files/resources. If so, just download something like FileZilla and then find a resource you want here on the forums. (There should be an install guide with most resources)
If not:
Copy the resource folder (that you downloaded) and paste it inside your resources folder in your FiveM server. Then add it to your server.cfg file (ex. start keks) and boom 
done 
I cannot seem to figure out how to install the mods and such through FileZilla, could someone lend a hand?

how do you get to the resources file?
I’m not even sure what you’re trying to ask… just open the folder to get to a/the file…
where do you insert the start resourcename
