[HELP] Users can't see my server on server list

Hello. I’ve had a pretty serious problem for a week. Users 80% of the time, can’t see my server on the five M server list, even though I have the FiveM Element Club Aurum. What can it depend on? I have premonitions, I think the server.cfg has some configuration problems.

I paid the Patreon just yesterday thinking it was a “License” problem. It’s irritating.
