After long hours I proceeded to make an exception in the waf of windols 11 in security options for windols defender then I installed today I installed visual C++ 2015-2023 and proceeded to solve the issue

Seems to be unrelated to the main issue, as u could see from the header of the forum:

We’re working on restoring our services, please see status.cfx.re for more info.

Meaning there has been an outage which they are working on to restore, which results in masterlisting being partially out.
