[HELP/REQUEST] AI traffic speed limiting in a radius

I’m looking for a script that makes it possible for certain people (paramedics, firefighters, police offers) to stop traffic in a certain radius.

Like a little menu or command then you can adjust the radius, allowed speed and create the zone.
When you want to remove it, you just open up the menu again and you remove the speed zone.

I have no idea how to go about creating a script like this. and it would be a first time creating a full script.

/createspeedzone {Radius} {Speed}
(Not looking for ESX/VRP intergration)

I did for 30 minutes. All i saw was to make the AI pull over and drive better. But i prefer somthing where i can set the speed. there is also an addon thats exactly what i want on lspdfr but its built for rage and not fivem
