[HELP] qb-core Apartments / errors

(New Developer).
Once a new character has been created in the multi-character menu, and the player chooses an apartment. It gets stuck on a black loading screen with these errors:

If you haven’t already, I would reinstall the “Renewed-Weaponscarry” and “qb-menu” resources as well as confirm that you do have the “ensure <RESOURCE_NAME>” line in your server.cfg for both (seems silly but sometimes it is simple stuff we overlook).
