[Help] Ped Models

Greetings,

I am Setting up a server, and I would like to know how to Replace the Peds, more specifically the Highway Ped and give him the Campaign hat. If anyone can give me a tutorial (or a play-by-play) on how to do so, that would be great!

You just have to stream the custom ped you have like you do with vehicles.
