Hello!
I recently started experiencing an issue and I do not know where exactly it is coming from. Players on my server, including myself, can not simply scroll around the map on the Pause Menu. It is stuck on a Vertical line that the Player or a selected blip (sometimes) is on.
If you have a solution or an idea on how to fix this, please let me know!

I have seen this occasionally myself. In my case it seems to resolve itself.
i think i had this problem (or something simular) andi pressed one click back (out of focus of the map) and then clicked back and it worked again
