[HELP!] My server very laggy!

i have rented a server with vultr. the cheapest subscription which is $5 and i use windows server 2019. my server have 275 resources and sometimes it was soo laggy and server crash once a day. my server always have server thread hitch warning. here screenshot of the console and dmp file. I hope someone can help me with this issue

Good evening, it is on resource that is not optimize for that you take MS

i have hundred of resources. how should i know which one is not optimize?

thanks. i have done that and its still laggy. maybe because im using windows server 2019 on cheapest vultr subscription which is 1 core cpu and 1gb ram? plus i have 275 resources and whenever my server reached 15+ users, the server get more laggy. for example when i press E on garage, its take 3-5 seconds for menu to come out and also same thing happen to chat.
