You put it in your resource folder, I mean you should know bettre than me what it is
because it is supposed to but from what I saw I think the problem is in MySQL but as I could not solve this problem and had to format the computer I will try to make the beginning I also do not understand much programming I am a beginner

Run a blank, clean FiveM server without any additional resources.
If that works fine, add one resource at a time. Check F8 to see if it starts and loads without errors. If fine, load next one. Continue this until you have loaded them all.
Ultimately if you get an error it should then suggest the latest resource is what is causing it or somewhere for you start at least.
