Did you try to delete caches.xml and try again? No idea how but ive looked into the citizenFX.ini and made sure the file addresses match.

What did you do to get this issue? Nothing, just didnt play for a while

Did you try to disable/uninstall your Anti-virus? Yes.
Also add what you already tried so far.
I found this problem so repeatedly uninstalled FiveM after deleting newer found leftovers. After completely clearing my computer from any Lspdfr files and FiveM files i tried reinstalling FiveM to see if it had worked. It had not. So i uninstalled GTA and reinstalled it and still no luck after reinstalling FiveM again. Please help
