Also add what you already tried so far. reinstalled more than 10 times/ Desativate Anti-Virus / Reistalled Red Dead Redemption 2 in Steam 2 TIMES / I tried different internets / I checked the files/

I’m not 100% certain but due to some graphics stuff with DirectX 12, I think you need Windows 10 for RedM.
If this is wrong someone can correct me. But I honestly think your W7 Pro just won’t cut it. Microsoft is also stopping support for Windows 7 very soon so you need to upgrade anyway!
