Help me please! need help with install of fivem error

so the issue is so far that I am trying to install fivem but when I run it and try to update it, it gets to checking GTAVlauncher.exe but keeps coming up with an error reading “downloading of https://runtime.fivem.net/patches/GTA_V_patch_1_0_1604_0.exe failed with CURLcode 7 - failed to connect to runtime.fivem.net port 443: timed out” please help on how to fix this.
