Iv`e downloaded the FiveM.exe
I did all the needed steps, and when I open the FiveM.exe
it says that I have to login to my social club account.
After I logged in, this window has closed and nothing happened.
what should I do?

Then there’s your problem. FiveM does not support pirate copies and you’ll get no help here. If you wanna use FiveM, buy the game.
but ive seen some people on youtube who didnt bought the game,
and they are playing fivem\fivereborn without any problems
Then go ask them. FiveM is not, never was and never will be a cracked multiplayer.
Pirate copies are not supported.
