Okay! First off, your FiveM directory should not be in your GTA V directory. Move it to your desktop maybe?
This is incorrect because you’re showing in the screenshot that it is actually C:/Program Files (x86)/Steam/steamapps/common/Grand Theft Auto V/FiveM
Its complaining about you not having a DirectX 10 or 11 capable videocard… what videocard do you have?
Make sure your videocard drivers are up to date same with windows, otherwise you can try downloading DirectX from ms’s website although Windows 10 should have came with it.
