Help me.
I am also getting this error, first started running it on the same server box as my CitizenMP server and it seems to work for a few hours then starts giving this error. I am currently testing it on a seperate server box alone and I will see the results in a day.
i recommend to either remove some plugins or change to fxserver 
A failed handshake is basically saying that you have no connection or a very poor connection to the server, this might be because you have way to many plugins or that your internet it slow, or that the server’s internet is slow.
(This might also be caused because the server is down)
