And i feel this is important: (are my rcon messages just when to put on the server)

Yellow square: They’re messages that are constantly repeated in my rcon.
Red square: They appear only when the server starts completely, but I do not know exactly what they want to say to me.

try to disable every recourse at a time and see if you still lag, think about when it started and begin from that time disbabling recourses, it could aswell be older scripts try to look for that aswell

Hola, veo que hablas español, por tu cfg.
Estas usando un hosting casero? Un hosting en vps?
La base de datos, corre en el mismo server donde estas ejecutando fxserver?
Que mysql usas, 5 o 8 ?
