[Help?] Is there any way of getting this Niko mod to work?

How can i properly stream this file? this is what it looks like inside:

The problem is, this mod doesn’t add a ped, it replaces michael. and since michael is invsible in multiplayer, i was wondering if there is any way of streaming this as an ADD-ON ped?

Change the name to replace another ped would maybe work.

Would i have to rename accs_diffs and other stuff? too many files!
