As far as I know this should be possible. RSM has a mod that allows you to travel to North Yankton and I’ve found that same mod in GTA5-Mods.com. If it’s impossible then please let me know how some servers can do this.
The server cannot load ScriptHookV mods, if they have the same functionality then they rewrote the mod in Lua or any of the other supported scripting languages by FiveM.
