[HELP] Hit Events in bones with different weapons

Hi there, I wanted to know how to make a code for the following:

I want to make a whole system from where you are hit, so you get a message where you’re hit and what you can and can’t do in Role play. Maybe effects like disabling sprinting, and not being able to jump. I can show a little example, but it needs to go in LUA Language xD

If hit in BONE_R_THIGH with WEAPON_PISTOL
send statement “You have been hit in your right thigh, you are no longer allowed to run and jump.”

Maybe as an extra:
playerspeed max: … (I dont know the values)
playerjumping: 0
duration(s): 300
