Hi, I have a problem with my fivem server. When I launch it with the command “bash /home/fivem/run.sh +exec server.cfg” (I’m running Debian 9) it doesn’t give any error but if I try to join the server i get “Handshaking with server…” and if I try to write any command in the ssh console the server doesn’t execute it.

MrFreex,
First of all wrong place, this should be in technical support.
Secondly, if it is launching correctly and you cannot connect it would indicate a network issue. Check you have ports 30110 and 30120 opened.
Good Luck,

Ok, i’ve moved the topic so now it is in technical support, i’ve opened port 30110 but nothing changes, still getting Handshaking with server

MrFreex

yes, and no console errors or f8
in client console it says nothing.

Have you tried clearing your client cache and caches.xml just incase it’s not a server issue.

Ok, this is weird… just cleared the server cache and now on the console it stops on “Authenticating server license key…”

What command are you launching with? I assume you’ve put your license key in your server.cfg from keymaster

I’m launching the server with “bash /home/fivem/run.sh +exec server.cfg” (from fivem folder) and yes, the key is in the server.cfg.
I’ve tried to google the error and it seem to be a server version error

i’ve installed a different build and now it reads the key from keymaster but it gives the Handshaking with server problem…
