Looks like FiveM doesn’t have sufficient permissions or fails to delete the Citizen.FX.exe.xz file.
What I would suggest id:

1. Make a copy of the Citizen.FX.exe.xz file, use it as a backup.
2. Delete the Citizen.FX.exe.xz file
3. Relaunch FiveM client.

No guarantees this will work, but it looks like it fails to delete that specific file.
