HELP] Custom Clothes to FiveM

Hi! I need help. I’ve got an own FiveM server. And I want to install custom clothes to cops and EMS. I am swedish so I want to install swedish cop clothes. I drag the clothes files into the stream folder, and everything starts fine. The cop NPC’s have swedish clothing, but when I change there are no swedish clothes, only the original. What am I doing wrong?
