HELP Citizen Scripting Error when Player tries to Join

When a player tries to join the server it starts all resources but it stucks at “Awaiting scripts…”

I think the problem is in resources since it started happening few days ago.

i think its because of the order of your started resources.

can you show your server.cfg start resource list order after modifying it as per above?
it might be something obvious we can point out.
