[HELP] Can't Change Addon Car's Wheels

As seen above, I can’t change the wheels. I can’t turn on custom wheels either. This is a addon, I have tried clearing the cache, I don’t know what to do, any help is appreciated.
(This Has Happened To Other Addon Vehicles Aswell)

Go to your carvariations.meta file of the addon car and replace this line which can be found towards the bottom.

<kits>
  <Item>1_so6_modkit</Item>
</kits>

to

<kits>
    <Item>0_default_modkit</Item>
</kits>

what if the file is set like that from default and still cant change the wheels?
