[Help] A member of my server isn't able to connect for seemingly no reason at all

The template isn’t relevant this time around as it’s server side issue. Essentially a guy who plays on our server can’t join anymore, and I have no idea why. Of the thousands of people who log into the server weekly, he is the only one with these problems. I would love to help him out as he’s a good roleplayer and a nice dude.

Things I’ve tried already: Deleting his SQL data. Asking him to join our second server.

Is the gameserver owner running some kind of antiVPN or similar blacklist type resource?

My only other guess is that he might be in the server’s firewall’s badguy list or the host is blocking him for some reason.

I definitely can’t say with any authority but it would be one of the first things I checked on both ends. That error seems like something is instantly refusing connection. It’s not even getting to the part of the connection where the gameserver gets to shake hands.

lmfao. I guess ‘disabling’ wasn’t the same as uninstalling? Either way, it fixed the issue after months of not being able to play.
