if allowed that I’m using Baby character in my role-play, my character always with her father in his garage sometimes she is with her mom in the restaurant and my server so strict about the rules which I cannot use the baby in any criminal things so she just trolling in a funny way with the people in the server

In a few words: no, and doing so could get your server permanently banned.

Technically, sure. But keep in mind if your server is reviewed by CFX/R*, and they deem it to be a child ped, or a child-like ped, you’re toast. It doesn’t matter what you call it, only what they think it looks like.
It’s best to steer clear of it entirely.
