HeidiSQL Addon_account ESX HELP!

Hey i host my own server and i use HeidiSQL as a database and to add ESX Jobs Vehicleshop you need to have a thing in HeidiSQL called addon_account how do i get it… it drives me crazy PLS HELP!!!
