heartbeat not working when Firewall set on "secure connections"

Hi, as mentionned in the title, we have a whitelist IP system which needs the firewall to be set on “secure connections” only and players add their IP via a Discord Bot.

We’ve manually added the FiveM and CFX ips ( https://prnt.sc/t9hxz9 ) for heartbeat to be whitelisted on the Firewall but still nothing on the server list… Any idea?
