Having issues with FiveM, unable to load into servers

Open FiveM ----> Click on servers —> try to join any rp server---->Press connect----> Screen Loading to 43%---->after 30 mins it’s still at 43% ----> Can someone help me ? I will pay you.
GTA V version? Latest
Up to date? Yes
Legit or Pirate copy? Legit
Steam/CD/Social Club? Steam
Windows version? 10
Did you try to delete caches.xml and try again? Yes
