Also add what you already tried so far. Uninstalling gta5,uninstalling steam,deleting fivem completely reinstalling and updating fivem
Restarting pc,run fivem as administrator

What did you do to get this issue? had from the start fivem never worked for me. First installed it around 2019-02-05

What server did you get this issue on? all servers it does not connect to anything

-Uninstalling gta5
-Uninstalling steam
-Deleting fivem completely reinstalling and updating fivem
-Restarting pc,run fivem as administrator.
-Restarting modem,manually assigning i.p adress.
-Deleting fivem cache
-Deleting citizen log
-Uninstalling Avg
-Tried connecting to random servers anything.

• Not even single player connecting
  
  
  -Reinstalled dx12
  -deactivated .net framework 3.5 and 4.7 and reactivated it
  -Upgraded internet connection at isp from 5mb to 10mb line
  -When logging on to GTA5 online i have no problems
