Did you try to disable/uninstall your Anti-virus?
Also add what you already tried so far.evrything
your log shows you got a couple resources that are not setup correctly, look at your log and then figure out how to fix it, this is a server side problem.
i know that but thats not the problem right. that wouldnt give a handshake failure
sure it would, with those errors it could prevent the server from functioning properly.
turn off those resources and try connecting.

didnt work there r now no errors so i dont know whats wrong
try turning off all your resources and see if it still happens.
still doesnt work. it also looks to be theres no ping on the server list
are you sure the ports are forwarded correctly? does canyouseeme.org see there open?
Is this a home hosted server? if it is use the IPV4 address to connect to your own server.
sucess on canuseeme but it is home hosted and your saying i should use my 192 ip
